Navigating through health care can often be a hassle. You may not be clear where to go for care. Or who to call if you have questions.
So we’re here to help. When you’re an Allina Health | Aetna member, you’ll get our highest level of service and support.
Whether you have a billing issue, a question about a claim or need help finding a provider, you need only remember one number. Just call the number on the back of your ID card. We know your time is valuable, so we’ll make every effort to solve your problem on that same phone call.
How the plans work
When your new plan begins, we’ll be here to help. Our care navigators can you get connected to a primary care provider and will schedule appointments for you in the Allina Health | Aetna Performance Network. This may save money and will provide more coordinated care. If you already have a provider you are happy with, we can provide tips and other important information to help you get the most from your new plan.
Always remember to look for the Allina Health logo whenever you search for providers or facilities on your secure member portal. These providers offer you the highest level of coordinated care.

Allina Health | Aetna Performance Network providers work together to help improve care while reducing costs. You can think of this type of network as a community: there’s better communication between your providers. Your primary care provider gets to know you and calls on his or her team of specialists and facilities to coordinate any additional care you might need.

Preventive Health Services
Routine preventive care services are covered with no member cost share. Call the number on the back of your member ID card to find out what your health plan covers and with any questions.
- Members receive checkups, screenings, vaccines, prenatal care, contraceptives and more with no out-of-pocket costs when provided in network. Counseling to prevent illness, disease or other health problems may be included. *
- Talk to your provider to see what screenings and vaccines are right for you and when you should have them.
