Savings
Small businesses make a fixed monthly payment that covers expected claims, stop-loss protection, administrative fees and run-off claims. If claims are higher than expected, businesses are protected by stop-loss coverage. If claims are lower than expected, businesses receive 50% of the surplus when they renew. Total savings could be up to 25% versus traditional, fully funded plans.
Certainty
The certainty of a fixed monthly payment and access to monthly reporting allows small businesses to plan ahead and better manage cash flow. The stop-loss coverage ensures that your monthly cost does not go up. And if there is a surplus, you can get 50% back.
