Performance Go Plus Network
The Allina Health | Aetna performance network gives you access to a wide spectrum of top-quality providers, including the Allina Health System and Mayo Clinic. Provider collaboration across the performance network is driven by real-time data sharing, allowing for proactive engagement, personalized treatment plans and cost savings.
Broad Network
For more provider choices, we offer our Broad Network option. This option will give your employees greater access to care and could be a better fit for your company’s needs.

Visit MinuteClinic.com for age and service restrictions. Eligible members enrolled in qualified high-deductible plans must meet their deductible. However, such services would be subject to negotiated contract rates. Once the deductible has been met, members will be able to access MinuteClinic services at no cost share. Aetna and MinuteClinic, LLC (which either operates or provides certain management support services to MinuteClinic-branded walk-in clinics) are both within the CVS Health family.
