Mental and emotional well-being

Woman in office

At Allina Health | Aetna, we are committed to taking care of the whole you, body, mind and spirit. That’s because good health isn’t just physical, it also includes mental and emotional health. It’s important to recognize the signs of distress and seek support. That’s why we provide access to the care our members need to help improve their mental and emotional well-being.

We encourage you to speak with your primary care provider (PCP) about your situation. If you do not have a provider, we recommend you select one for your general health care needs.
