If you believe you need support or treatment, we encourage you to speak with your primary care provider (PCP) about your situation. If you do not have a PCP, we recommend selecting one for your general health care needs.​

Anxiety

Employee assistance program — Resources For Living®

Get unlimited, 24/7 virtual care from professionals for emotional, legal or financial issues. Members also have access to other resources including the Aetna Resources For Living mobile app, videos, articles and webinars. This program is an included benefit for all Allina Health | Aetna Funding Advantage plans and may be included in other plans. Members can call 1-833-327-2386 (TTY: 711) to speak with a Resources For Living consultant.​

AbleTo

Access to a licensed therapist and behavior coach for eight-week programs to treat a wide range of behavioral health conditions. Meet using online video or talk on the phone if you prefer. Call Monday–Friday, 9 AM–8 PM ET, 1-866-287-1802. Please note that not all features are available to all groups. Call the number on your ID card to verify your exact coverage specifics.
