When choosing a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, it’s important to learn about your local options. That way, you can make an informed decision about your health benefits.

We’ve made joining an online seminar as easy as possible — no need to download any apps or other tools to take part in these live sessions.

  2. Enter your ZIP code to find the upcoming live meetings in your area.
  3. Choose a time convenient for you.
  4. Fill out the registration info and you’ll get a confirmation email.
  5. Receive a reminder email 48 hours before your confirmed meeting time.
  6. Select the link provided in the reminder email when it’s your meeting time. You’ll go directly to the live meeting.  
  7. Have a pen and paper handy during the meeting to take notes and to jot down any questions.

What to Expect During a Local Online Medicare Seminar

A licensed Allina Health | Aetna MA agent from your area will lead the session.

The broker will introduce the basics of Medicare and how MA plans work using video and interactive tools. 

The agent will answer questions you can send to them directly.

The seminar will feature information on local Allina Health | Aetna Medicare Advantage plans and their benefits. It will cover copays, physician networks and benefits available to you. 

It’ll show you what steps to take to enroll in an MA plan.

There will also be a form that lets you request a follow-up or schedule a call with an agent.
