Allina Health | Aetna Opens New Office Space in The Towers at West End
Central location allows company to work in the heart of its members’ community

MINNEAPOLIS – Allina Health | Aetna – a Minnesota-based health care company that combines the resources of Allina Health’s high-quality facilities and broad care network with Aetna’s national health plan expertise and commitment to innovative benefits, products and services – has moved into its permanent office space in St. Louis Park.
Located in The Towers at West End, the new office will be home to the company’s senior executives, account management and sales team and Medicare team. The nearly 4,000 square foot space boasts several conference rooms and an inviting reception area and is conveniently located near several restaurants and shops.
“This is the first time since the inception of Allina Health | Aetna that our team has been centralized in one location,” said Nichole Melton Mitchell, Chief Operations Officer. “The new office serves as a place for all of our employees, including colleagues not based in this office, to attend meetings and collaborate as a team.”
As part of its commitment to provide a more personal, affordable and effective health care experience for members, the new office will feature a Medicare Member Advocate for in-person customer service. Starting in March, members will be able to schedule an appointment to learn more about their Allina Health | Aetna Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan benefits and get their questions answered face to face.
