Each year, we have new challenges and opportunities in health care. But the commitment Allina Health | Aetna has to our members hasn’t changed. Every day we work to deliver high-quality care to our members. That’s why we ask members in surveys and small group discussions to tell us what’s important to them with their health care experiences. We take their feedback and align it with our plans each year to improve and deliver easier, more accessible and valuable health insurance to them.

As we look at the future, we’re excited to launch new services in 2025 built on member feedback and our tradition of innovation and exceptional service.

What’s New in 2025

This year, we are introducing Nice Healthcare to all of our members after piloting the program in 2024. Nice Healthcare is an integrated primary care clinic that provides health care in locations convenient to members, including their homes, offices or other locations. Through its easy-to-use mobile app, Nice Healthcare providers can diagnose, treat and prevent short-term and chronic conditions.

Our members requested more virtual health services, and Nice Healthcare delivers those. If required, after a virtual visit, in-person care can also be provided. Patients pay $0 for preventive visits and $5 for all other visit types, including mental health and physical therapy appointments.*

Continued Commitment to Innovation

Our partnership with Nice Healthcare continues our strong track record of providing innovative services and is complementary to many of our existing services such as Digital Care Resources, Oshi Health and Evergreen Nephrology. These services provide care in easy and accessible ways to members who are looking for access and convenience in their health plan.

We believe each member’s health plan should work specifically for them, not the other way around. We will continue listening to members to connect their needs and wants to new services on the market that we can bring into their plan.
